Register for Okoboji Youth Choir

Okoboji Youth Choir is a community choir for area students ages 2nd grade-8th grade.

We run on a 10-week session in the Fall and in the Winter, with a short performance at the end of each term. The membership fee of $110 will cover the ENTIRE 10 weeks. This fee covers sheet music costs, venue rental, and director & accompanist fees.

Please fill out a form for each student joining the choir, even if they are from the same family.

Sometimes we use images or videos of our students for publicity or other promotional materials for Okoboji Youth Choir. Please choose from the following options:

The rehearsal schedule has not been made yet, but will be held from 7:00-8:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday nights. I can't guarantee that I can work with everyone's schedules, but if you had a preference, what night would be best?

By signing my name in the box below, I agree to have my child dropped off for rehearsal no more than 10 minutes early and picked up after rehearsal no more than 10 minutes after rehearsal end time. I understand that Jessica and the rehearsal venue have other commitments and I will adhere to the choir schedule that will be sent out prior to each term.

I understand that neither Jessica Schable, the rehearsal venue, nor the Okoboji Youth Choir organization can be eld responsible for any injuries, accidents, or consequences resulting from inappropriate behavior, failure to follow instructions, or horseplay during rehearsals, classes, or performances. By electronically signing my name below, I agree to communicate these expectations to my child and support a safe, respectful learning environment for all participants.
